02. Intellectual Property Rights
All templates, XML structures, UI/UX designs, and custom developments are the exclusive intellectual property of EliteGrid Studio. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our products is strictly prohibited.
03. Custom Development & Deliverables
Custom projects are delivered based on clearly defined scopes. EliteGrid Studio is not liable for issues caused by third-party scripts, platform updates, or modifications made after delivery.
04. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All digital sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if critical, unresolved issues persist within 7 business days of delivery, subject to our review.
05. Limitation of Liability
EliteGrid Studio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to data loss, SEO fluctuations, or performance issues caused by external factors.
06. Social & Ethical Commitment
A portion of our revenue supports the Banshata Foundation for community development and humanitarian initiatives as part of our ethical mission.
